Last updated: 22 February 2026

Our Commitment

Mena.ai is committed to providing a digital platform that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. We believe that every therapist and patient deserves equal access to mental health tools and resources.

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, as required by the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) and its transposition into Portuguese law (Decreto-Lei n.º 82/2022).

Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. We define three levels of conformance: A, AA, and AAA.

Mena.ai is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.

Target conformance level: WCAG 2.1 Level AA
Current status: Partially Conformant
