Frequently asked questions
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
What happens after the 14-day free trial?
After your trial ends, you can choose a paid plan to continue using Mena.ai. No credit card is required to start your trial, so you won’t be charged automatically.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves you 20% compared to monthly billing. For example, the Essential plan is €31.99/month when billed annually (€383.90/year) instead of €39.99/month.
Do you offer discounts for students or non-profits?
Yes. We offer special pricing for students, academic researchers, and registered non-profit organisations. Contact our sales team for details.
Which plan includes AI?
AI drafting and clinical memory are included in the Intelligent plan at €79.99 a month, with no per-note fees: session transcription, draft notes for your review, suggested thinking patterns you confirm or reject, cross-session clinical memory and an AI assistant. The Essential plan, at €39.99 a month, covers practice management (scheduling, records, patient portal, questionnaires and payments) without the AI features.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Mena is built for the GDPR: sensitive clinical fields are encrypted with a key for your practice, data is encrypted in transit and stored in the EU, and an audit log records who viewed, edited or exported a record.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay by bank transfer or invoice.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time and continue using the platform until the end of your billing period.
