Reputation, built in

Every completed session, one step closer to a 5-star Google profile.

Mena asks each patient how their session went, and turns the good ones into public reviews.

A short, automatic email goes out after every completed session. Patients rate 1 to 5 stars and can leave a comment. A high rating opens straight into your clinic's own Google review page, no extra software, nothing for your team to chase.

Patients rate their session from 1 to 5 stars, right from their inbox.

One setting to turn on. Reviews that build themselves.

From completed session to public review, without lifting a finger

The whole flow runs automatically once a clinic switches it on.

1

Session marked complete

The moment a session is marked complete, Mena sends the patient a private, time-limited link to rate it. No manual step for you or your team.

2

Patient rates 1 to 5 stars

The patient rates the session and can add a short comment. The link expires after one use, and each patient is asked at most once every 30 days.

3

High ratings prompt a Google review

A rating of 4 or 5 stars shows a button that opens straight into your clinic's Google review page, if you've added your review link to your Mena settings.

4

Low ratings stay private

A rating of 1 or 2 stars never becomes public. Your practice gets a private alert instead, so you can follow up before anything is posted anywhere.

Built to grow your practice's online presence, quietly

No extra software, no manual follow-up, no public wall on Mena's own site.

Reviews without asking twice

Stop remembering to ask happy patients for a review. Mena asks after every completed session, automatically.

Routes to your Google profile, not ours

A high rating only ever points to your clinic's own Google Business Profile. Nothing is published on Mena's site.

You decide when it's on

Collecting ratings is opt-in per clinic. Nothing changes for your patients until you turn it on.

Comments stay private and encrypted

Patient comments are encrypted at rest and visible only to your practice, the same protection Mena uses for clinical data.

Questions clinics ask before turning this on

If you don't see your question here, reach out and we'll answer it directly.

No. Rating a session is entirely optional for the patient, and only ratings of 4 stars or higher show a link to leave a public Google review. Lower ratings stay private.

Yes. Add your clinic's Google review link once in your Mena branding settings, and every eligible rating from then on can route there.

No. Each rating link is single-use and expires 14 days after it's sent.

At most once every 30 days per patient-therapist pair, so nobody receives a request after every single session.

No. It's an opt-in setting your clinic turns on in branding settings. Nothing changes for your patients until you do.
