- Practising therapist or clinic admin in Portugal, Brazil, or the EU
- Currently seeing at least eight patients per week
- Open to sharing structured feedback every two weeks
- Comfortable with everyday digital tools (calendar, billing, video calls)

What does the pilot cost?
Pilot members get 20% off our standard pricing for every Intelligent feature throughout the programme. After the pilot, members keep founding-member pricing.
When does the pilot start?
We onboard new members weekly. After you submit your interest, expect a reply within five business days with onboarding times.
How long does the pilot run?
Three months from your onboarding date. You can leave any time, and your data stays exportable.
What data do you collect?
Standard product usage data and any feedback you choose to share. Patient records and clinical notes stay encrypted at field level, with a key for your practice.
Can I bring my team?
Yes. Clinic admins can invite teammates after onboarding. Let us know on the call and we will size your seat allocation accordingly.
Can I leave the pilot?
Any time, no questions asked. Your data is exported to you on request.
