Refer Colleagues, Earn Rewards Together

Contact us mentioning the name and email of the colleague you'd like to refer, or have them mention your name when they subscribe. We verify both accounts before applying any rewards.

Each verified referral earns you 1 free month of the Essential plan. Both you and your referred colleague must be on active paid subscriptions for the reward to apply.

Your free month is applied after we verify that your referred colleague has subscribed to a paid plan. You'll receive an email confirmation when the reward is activated.

The referral program is open to all mental health professionals: psychologists, psychotherapists, psychiatrists, and counsellors. Anyone who can benefit from Mena's clinical management platform.

You need to be an active paid Mena subscriber to participate in the referral program. Free trial accounts are not eligible for referral rewards.

Referral rewards cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts. Each reward is equivalent to 1 month of the Essential plan.

Each verified referral credits your account with the value of one month of the Essential plan, regardless of your current tier. The credit is automatically deducted from your next monthly invoices and is never paid out as cash.
